Not only is this dress super cute, but the designer, Roberta Oaks, uses sustainable fabrics and is very eco-friendly. Wear it as it appears here this spring, take off the t-shirt for a summer look, and come fall, I would pair it with a black long sleeve t-shirt, black tights, and black boots.
