The Weather is Gross, Let's Travel....

It says skies are clear in Malibu right now. The Malibu Lemon Blossom scent has a blend of lemony Litsea Cubeba, flowering Angel's Trumpet, fresh herbs & salty sea breezes. Wish I could be there instead.

The weather in France is similar to Northern California right now. Cloudy, windy, rainy & cold - but we don't have the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre. This French Lilac is a blend of lilac, magnolia leaves, heliotrope, ylang ylang, hyacinth & subtle notes of nectarine. I'll just pretend those twinkling lights are the Eiffel Tower.

The weather report for Brazil says it is raining & in the 90s! If I had 90 degree weather in this rain, I'd be in heaven. I'll just light this candle instead. Thanksgiving Housewarming Gift

Normally I'm not one to like things to smell like food, unless it is my food. I don't want my shower gel to smell like cupcakes or my lotion to smell like chocolate, but let me tell you - this candle is amazing. The folks at Pacifica have managed to make an amazingly delicious smelling Caribbean Sugar Pumpkin Candle that is perfect for Thanksgiving. Every year we go to mom's house for Thanksgiving & I try to bring a little something for her, since she does all the cooking & the hosting & everything else. I do the dishes of course, but I don't like to come empty handed.

Sometimes I have a hard time shopping for my mom. She has everything she needs, and when she wants something, she goes and gets it. So what do I get for her?
I have had these candles by Archipelago for a while now. I think they are pretty, they are really popular with my customers and they smell great. I realized today that my mom keeps going over to the display & picking them up, smelling them, looking at the different designs & putting them back. Hello!?!? She obviously wants one & hasn't decided to get one, or decided on a scent. So this something that I can get mom for Christmas.
